The Line 3 ITO manufacturing shops are under construction and decoration. the main part such as air-conditioning & compartments etc are finished, it is estimated trial production will begin on April 2009. （2009-02） |

Carried out large-scale 7S & System improvement activities |
|
With the purpose of improving the working environment and management quality , we carried out a series of activities named "Thunder Storm " & 7S System improvement for 2 months. The main objectives of the action are : perfect management system, deepen 7S activity, rectify style, strict discipline ,enhance company execution, and have the staffs to be self-cultivated , to get rid of bad habbits so to consolidate and strong the company;
We must not allow any formalism, any partial ,any blind trend follow-up, but focus on effect emphasized , effect maintained and effect upgraded which called "3 No 3 Effect" principle. （2008-11） |
